How do I change my password?

When you are logged in, go to Settings > Manage Privacy, and update your password there.

We prioritize patient privacy in our digital health product. We implement several measures to protect sensitive information, including encryption of data transmission, secure storage practices, and strict access controls. We comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations and continuously monitor and update our security protocols.

How do I add or update my medication information?

On the landing page, select the "Add new medication" button if you are a first-time user, or "Change medication" if you already have at least one medication recorded. Enter the name and strength as they appear on the bottle, plus the number of pills and when you take them.

Can I add multiple medications, strengths, or schedules?

Yes! Click the "+" sign next to the medication name to add a second medication. Different strengths or times can also be added using the "+" sign next to the appropriate field.

What if I take the medication at a different time than usual?

On the landing page, click the time listed next to your medication to update the actual time taken.

What data is collected and saved during a session when the camera is on?

We are recording only eye position and movements. We are not recording or saving any video or audio footage.

Use the camera best situated in front of you so we can get the best view of your face.

I got an error message at the end of the session. What should I do?

A session may be rejected if the data collected is of poor quality, often due to lighting or not reading the full page. Try performing another session in a well-lit space. If this problem persists, please contact our support.

When should I perform a session?

Perform a session 1–3 hours after taking medication for peak effectiveness and most accurate results.

Can I use the app with glasses or contact lenses?

Yes! The eye-tracking works the same with or without corrective lenses.

📝 Self Reported Assessment

Why are you asking about my sleep, mood, and appetite?

These are among the most common side effects that play a big role in medication satisfaction. We want to provide a comprehensive report including your self-assessment alongside effectiveness measurements. You can add more side effects in the free text box.

📈 iFocus Measure Score

How many sessions should I complete to get an iFocus score?

Performing 2 sessions will give you a preliminary iFocus score. The more sessions you complete, the higher the accuracy. You can perform 5 sessions for an iFocus super score.

What is in the report and how do I get it?

The report contains results for all medications you tested, including iFocus and self-reported scores and side effects. You can download it or email it to yourself, then share it with your physician.
